1. Legal Agreement

By accessing or using Strokestown, a website operating within the iHelp.ie ecosystem, including its Regional Network and National Network of associated domains, you are entering into a legally binding agreement.

Collectively, these platforms are referred to as "the Network". These Terms and Conditions govern your relationship with iHelp.ie across all associated and connected domains within the Network.

If you do not agree with any part of these clauses, you must immediately cease usage of our services.

2. Service Curation Model

iHelp.ie functions as a Managed Publication Platform. This model is distinct from social media or direct-entry directories. Every submission is manually curated, edited, and approved by the iHelp administration.

• Verification: We reserve the absolute right to verify business legitimacy before publication.
• Timing: Publication is not instantaneous; it is subject to volunteer capacity and administrative oversight.
• Platform Standards: Administration reserves the right to refuse any listing that does not align with the professional aesthetic of the network.

3. Regional Network Listing Plans & Coverage

The listing packages described in this section apply exclusively to the Regional Network operated by iHelp.ie.

Each Regional Network plan is governed by specific technical limits regarding duration, content allowance, and regional domain visibility.

National Network platforms, including the major city-based hubs listed above, are separate from Regional Network packages and may operate under separate packages, pricing structures, visibility arrangements, or commercial agreements unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by iHelp.ie.

3.1 Regional Plan Definitions

• START: A Regional Network trial-tier listing valid for 30 days on one (1) local domain. Includes: one (1) Brand Logo and one (1) Business Profile. Does not include Featured Photos, SEO facilitation, or Blog Post. Renewal is not automatic and requires a manual request every 30 days, granted solely at the discretion of the administration.
• GROW: A Regional Network 12-month listing on one (1) local domain. Includes: one (1) Brand Logo, one (1) Featured Photo, and one (1) Business Profile. Does not include SEO facilitation or Blog Post.
• SCALE: A Regional Network 12-month listing across up to three (3) local domains. Includes: one (1) Brand Logo, one (1) Featured Photo, and one (1) Business Profile. Does not include SEO facilitation or Blog Post.
• ACCELERATE: A Regional Network 12-month listing across up to five (5) local domains. Includes: one (1) Brand Logo, one (1) Featured Photo, one (1) Business Profile, and On-Page SEO facilitation. Does not include a Blog Post.
• EXPAND: A Regional Network 12-month listing across up to ten (10) local domains. Includes: one (1) Brand Logo, up to two (2) Featured Photos, one (1) Business Profile, and On-Page SEO facilitation. Does not include a Blog Post.
• ENTERPRISE: A Regional Network 12-month listing across up to fifteen (15) local domains. Includes: one (1) Brand Logo, up to three (3) Featured Photos, one (1) Business Profile, On-Page SEO facilitation, and one (1) Professional Business Introduction Blog Post.

3.2 Domain Choice & Regional Limits

• Regional Package Limits: START and GROW plans are strictly limited to one Regional Network site. Use of the same content across multiple sites without an appropriate upgrade is prohibited.
• Domain Selection: Users choose their specific regional domains from the available active Regional Network at the moment of listing.
• Automatic Extension: Should the iHelp.ie Regional Network expand, ENTERPRISE and multi-site subscribers may have their visibility increased to new regional sites at the discretion of the administration.
• National Network Separation: National Network domains are not included in Regional Network packages unless expressly stated in writing by iHelp.ie.

3.3 Content & Media Standards

• Quality Control: Users must provide one (1) logo. Photos must be professional and high-resolution. iHelp reserves the right to reject blurry, offensive, or copyright-violating imagery.
• Profile Components: Profiles include business descriptions, contact numbers, email addresses, and direct links to social and external platforms.

3.4 Termination of Listings

4. Financial Transactions

• Manual Processing: All transactions are conducted manually through our designated channels with a unique reference number. We do not use automated checkout portals.
• Non-Refundable Policy: Fees are non-refundable once the curation and publication process has been completed.
• Administrative Rejection: If a business listing is refused by our team before going live, any pre-paid fees will be returned in full.

5. Content Modification Rights

To ensure high platform quality and better search results, iHelp.ie reserves the right to edit, shorten, or reformat business descriptions. We may correct grammar, spelling, or layouts to improve SEO standards. The final visual presentation of all content is at the sole discretion of the administration.

6. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

iHelp provides internal "On-Page" SEO facilitation. We optimize metadata, header tags, and code structure within our platform. Important: We do not control Google, Bing, or third-party algorithms. We provide no guarantee regarding search ranking positions, indexing speeds, or traffic volume outcomes.

7. IP & Copyright Indemnification

By submitting brand assets (logos, photos), the user represents they possess the full legal ownership and rights to those assets. The user agrees to indemnify and hold iHelp.ie harmless from any legal expenses, lawsuits, or claims of copyright infringement arising out of materials they provided for the listing.

8. No Partnership or Endorsement

A listing on iHelp.ie does not create a partnership, joint venture, or endorsement between the platform and the user. Transactions occurring between a viewer and a listed business are strictly private and external. iHelp.ie is not liable for disputes arising out of your business deals.

9. Network Stability

iHelp.ie reserves the right to modify the domain list, including adding, changing, restructuring, suspending, or retiring specific domain names within the Network.

Regional Network subscribers are entitled only to the number of regional domain placements included in their active plan. We do not guarantee the permanent availability, visibility, ranking, traffic level, or continued operation of any specific URL.

Where a regional or national domain is changed, retired, or deemed unsuitable for operational, commercial, technical, or strategic reasons, iHelp.ie may, but is not obliged to, reassign affected listings to another suitable domain within the Network.

Such reassignment does not entitle the subscriber to a refund, credit, compensation, or preservation of previous package terms.

10. Prohibited Business Activity

We strictly refuse to list any content related to:

• Weapons, explosives, hazardous chemicals, or narcotic substances.
• Explicit adult services, adult companionship, or pornography.
• Crypto-currency schemes, fast-return investment models, or high-risk gambling.
• Livestock or products originating from endangered species.
• Tobacco, vaping products, and alcohol manufacturing equipment.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Network is provided on an "As Is" and "As Available" basis. Under no circumstances shall iHelp.ie be liable for lost profits, loss of data, loss of search engine rankings, loss of visibility, or any damages resulting from temporary site downtime, curation errors, domain changes, or the removal of content due to a breach of terms.

iHelp.ie reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated date stamp. Continued usage of the Network implies acceptance of the new terms.

15. Force Majeure

iHelp.ie is not liable for failure to perform duties due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to cyber-attacks, server outages, or legal regulatory changes.

16. Governing Law

This document and all associated platform activities are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any legal disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
